  We visited this location a good hour or so before they closed but it was clear they had checked out. I stood in front of the register waiting to order, was asked if I wanted to order (duh), and then was left for another few minutes before shouting what I wanted to an employee that oddly didn't seem to want to take my order from the register. I felt like I was in some sort of comedy skit about ridiculously awful fast food service.
  
  Oh, and the floors felt like their mopped hadn't been cleaned out for years, so it was just spreading chicken grease all over.

  Worst place in Richland the girls are so rude and they always have an attitude ...the first time I went I thought maybe they were just understaffed but no they never have anything and can never complete an order...this KFC is the worst I've ever been to I won't be going back..

  Really great hot food along with customer service! Managers were very friendly. Fast service.
