I sat in line 20-30 minutes waiting for my order before they realized they didn't have the sauce for my pasta. Then I was told the sauce would have to thaw out thus making me have to wait longer. At that point I became frustrated and asked for a refund. Once I entered and met the manager all she said was "sorry about that" which I felt was not sincere at all. I'm not looking for a free anything. I just wish they acted like they appreciated my business. I won't be returning.March 13, 2017
